OK Folks it is time.
Let’s start the group wods again and work toward our goals
Mondays at 5:45 PM (actual start is a bit flexible but let's try to not start later than 6 )
Thursday-- Let's try something different and look at an AM
wod -- if there is interest I will do a 5:45 AM wod ... if no interest in AM or
if a Thursday evening wod just works better ( or if there is enough for two ) we can do one then and if no morning wod I
will lead the evening wod!
Additionally Some of us will be swimming in the morning at
UC. Please join. we do CFE wods in the pool. Being great swimmer or even wanting to swim
races is not a key to this. Swimming is great work for the runner and if you
ever thought about a triathlon now is the time!
It looks like Monday and Wednesday mornings will be the day and time for
steady CFE swim wods -- 5:20 AM ( yes that is early)
As for weekend wods -- I know running or riding in groups is
far more fun so let's coordinate group runs and rides as much as we can. And let's also help each other identify funand cool races of all varieties.
Finally on a weekend with good weather let's get as many people
out to a track to get some solid bench marks set. Mark and I have 2 out of three down --
everyone should try to set a bench mark in the 400, the 800 and the 1500!
