You don't have to be a seasoned athlete to do Crossfit! Our regular members range in age from 16 to 65, some who participate or participated in athletics, others who have never played a sport or been involved in a fitness program before in their lives.
Our Beginners' Program is called the On Ramp Program. If you are new to CrossFit, the On-Ramp classes are required before joining the regular CrossFit classes. These six classes will introduce you to all of the basic functional movements of CrossFit such as the squat, pushup, pull-up, sit-up and the various lifts we regularly perform in our classes. Class attendance and participation is mandatory. The cost for these 6 Sessions plus the remainder of the month of regular classes is $200 per person. These classes meet three times a week for two consecutive weeks.
New On Ramp sessions begin on Mondays. Class days/times are Mondays and Wednesdays at 8:15am and 6:30pm and Fridays at 8:15am and 5:30pm.

Sometimes after 6 sessions, people aren’t quite ready for the complexity of group classes. If you or your coach feel this is the case, we will pair you with one of our trainers for extra sessions. You and your coach will work together to determine what the best course of action is for you. If your schedule does not allow for you to attend our On Ramp class times, you can arrange for private coaching sessions with one of our trainers at the cost of $50/hr.
