We are now into Week 4 of the Healthy Eating Challenge. We are starting to hear many of our challengers talk about loose clothes, and we saw some impressive Fran times today. (Make sure you record your Fran time, the next time you do it you'll want to beat that time) Don't get discouraged if you have a cheat once in a while, just start again for the next meal. We are really impressed with the effort so many of you are making. There is a lot to learn when it come to healthy eating, and you have been asking a lot of questions. Keep those inquiries coming!
