It is the month of heroes! During the month of November, we will be doing hero wods three times a week. Monday we start with JT In honor of Petty Officer 1st Class Jeff Taylor, 30, of Little Creek, VA, who was killed in Afghanistan June 2005.
Starting Monday night at 6:30pm, we are going to starting talking! About nutrition that is! We are assembling a team of people who know a lot about healthy eating and cooking to meet once a week to just talk about it. The speakers will guide you toward nutritious snacking, tasty recipes and tips on how to stay on track through the holidays. All members are welcomed and encouraged to join us at the box Monday night (Nov. 1st) at 6:30.
