Reminder to all members - The warm-up is to start at the scheduled class time. (Ex: 8:15 class, warm-up starts at 8:15) If you get to the box a few minutes early and want to get warmed up that is no problem, but understand that the wod will not begin until those arriving at class time finish their warm-up. That being said, please be courteous to other members and be there and ready to warm-up on time. We've had some confusion on this issue. I hope this clears it up.
