**each station is one minute, score is total reps. HOWEVER....if you have done FGB at least two times previously then you will be doing it a different way - via work domain, this means that you will be doing 20 reps at every station with one minute rest between rounds so you will be going for time rather than reps - Jeremy's rule...sorry.
