Swift Level Farm is ready to start delivering grass-fed beef directly to the box. We will be taking orders Tuesday and Wednesday of this week, and the orders will be delivered on Thursday. Swift Level will start deliving to us 2 times a month. The following is what is available for this Thursday's delivery. A sheet will be left in the office for you to write down your order. Payment must be made when you order. Checks should be written to Swift Level.

Swift Level steers are farm raised on a non-certified organic all grass
diet. SL Beef is USDA certified in an
Animal Welfare Approved facility and dry aged for a minimum of 45 days. We
restore the land, not deplete it and support family farms as way of life in our
